We were approached by the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) to provide consultancy and project management to review business processes and system functionality to bolster their OpenAccounts capabilities and strengthen operations.
With many day-to-day tasks being delivered manually, processes were laborious and in-efficient. However, Escone was here to Assist!
We have been working in partnership with LHP to review and improve processes and streamline business operations by upgrading software and implementing additional OpenAccounts and eBIS functionality.
