Escone Solutions has announced a new partnership deal with one of the UK’s leading Business Software and Services companies.
Escone will join with Advanced Services as part of a strategic goal to expand its helpdesk support services for a growing client base.
The Aberdeen-based company, established in 2015, specialises in providing clients with super user application helpdesk support, system implementation, and strategic planning as well as workplace application solutions. The company helps clients re-think their processes and procedures, bringing stability with a view to improving business performance and end user experience.
With Escone’s specialist knowledge and experience with OpenAccounts and eBIS, the new partnership with Advanced will complement the existing portfolio of services and products Escone offers. In addition, to further bolster their suite of applications, commencing 2022, Escone will be introducing Cloud Financials, a cloud-based financial system that empowers finance leaders by providing a holistic view of business performance.

Escone’s partnership with Advanced comes just months after a series of new contract wins were announced earlier this year. Escone secured a major contract with the UK’s biggest sofa retailer, DFS, as well as two exclusive contracts with Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) and Aberdeen based charity VSA.
The recent growth underpins Escone’s focus on cementing its position at the forefront of the business application support market.
