North-east business application support provider Escone Solutions has appointed Sarah Hafil as Business Applications Support Analyst to help develop the firm’s further expansion and continued growth.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Sarah most recently worked as a business solutions analyst for a housing association. Prior to that she worked within OpenAccounts Support at Advanced for 16 years, where she was a Support Team Leader.
Sarah’s new role will be to provide business support to Escone Solutions’ customers, while assisting the rest of the team. Her experience in the industry will help bolster the company’s aspirations for growth as it approaches its ninth year in business.
“I am very excited to once again be supporting a variety of customers who have different challenges, and to be able to use my OpenAccounts experience and my problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues,” she said.
“I am also very excited to be part of a new team, who are as passionate as I am about providing a high standard of customer service. I am hoping to share the knowledge I’ve acquired over the many years of Supporting OpenAccounts. I also know I have lots to learn from the young and ambitious Escone Assist Team.”
Set up in 2015 by Mike Charles and Kevin Wyness, Escone Solutions specialises in a super user helpdesk, Escone Assist. The team is made up of experienced Business Analysts, Support Analysts and Super Users that deliver intelligent application solutions. Working primarily with the financial applications OpenAccounts and eBIS, Escone Solutions provides forward-thinking solutions.
