We are thrilled to announce that our very own Amanda Forsyth has been promoted to the role of Support Lead of the Escone Assist team. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of Amanda’s outstanding contribution to Escone Solutions and her commitment to providing the best support for our clients.
In her previous role as a Business Application Support Analyst, Amanda consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the standards and values that Escone upholds and a genuine passion for helping our customers. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer issues have made her an invaluable Assist team member.
