Kay Chan joined Escone in March 2017 looking for a new challenge, having come from a Credit Controller background. Initially joining the team, Kay primarily handled OpenAccounts and eBIS helpdesk tickets and created forms but soon wanted to expand her skillset.
Always one for a challenge, and with a natural talent for data, Kay quickly became involved with our expert Intuitive dashboard software to support analysis of business performance, providing insights and intelligence to make strategic, informed decisions on HR Management, Accounts Payable, Budget Management as well as customised solutions.
Kay now plays an integral part in the development of our suite of live visual dashboards and has truly enhanced our service offering. Kay has used her skills to put her mark on our dashboards, visually presenting complex data is the most user friendly and valuable way.
Most recently, Kay has been working incredibly hard on building a new range of dashboards specifically for Finance Teams. Putting her finance background into good use, Kay has brought high value adding concepts and solutions to life, developing dashboards that turns challenging processes into clear, useful data visualisations.
By overlaying systems, these compatible dashboards pull data and insight into one place, avoiding human error, duplication of effort as well as ease reporting.
Not only have these dashboards supported our clients, but they have also improved Escone’s own internal processes providing real-time visibility to our team and customers.
