Progression:
Internally, we prioritise the continuous development of our colleagues, encouraging them to expand their skills and knowledge. Due to his increased involvement in our marketing efforts, Darren Cadgers’ job title has been updated to Integrated Support Applications and Marketing Analyst.
Anniversaries:
As we kicked off the new year, we celebrated some significant work anniversaries within the team. Alice Cassie, our Head of Consultancy, has now been with Escone for seven years and Jodie Donald, our Business Application Consultant, has been with the organisation for five years.
Alice, who joined Escone when it first started, is an indispensable part of the business, providing crucial support to clients. Jodie joined Escone straight out of school, joining the team once her tenure at Oldmeldrum Academy finished.
Training:
Kayla Ingram is nearing the completion of her Apprenticeship Assessment with Rewards Training Recruitment Consultancy (Scotland). We wish her the best of luck and are confident she will excel.
Several members of our team are currently pursuing ITIL Qualifications. Amanda Forsyth, Darren Cadger and Lewis Crawford are all working towards their ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate, with upcoming assessments scheduled. Leon Mackenzie is undertaking the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support qualification.
Sporting exploits:
Our team is not just about work; we also engage in sporting activities to raise funds for charities and promote workplace wellness through exercise. Mike Charles and Alice Cassie will be participating as a duo in Hyrox Glasgow on March 2nd. We wish them the best of luck!
